Osca built a new social networking and consultation platform for the French Department of Sustainable Development. The government department that does the most consultations in France. This was done using the Izwe platform that Osca had developed with Local Councils in the UK. Now the platform has almost 5000 active users and is the first example of a national government department implementing a citizen driven, bottom-up consultation platform.
