Year Here is an ambitious social enterprise which challenges entrepreneurial young adults to a year of tackling social issues combined with a prestigious programme of training and work experience. The purpose is to equip these future social leaders with the skills, experiences and networks to lead social change. In its first year and working with its first cohort of exceptional young adults, we have been involved in the development and delivery of the training programme.
Since being launched in Downing Street in 2013, we’ve been working with their cohorts of fellows every since, providing leadership, communication and team working skills and, on occasion, tailored support to the various start-ups that develop from the Year Here incubator.
