Rich Wilson (Osca), Jess Leitch (PwC) and David Rooke (Harthill) reflect on the Hidden Talent seminar held in Septemeber 2015 at the RSA in London. The seminar explored insights raised in the recent report, The hidden talent: Ten ways to identify and retain transformational leaders, from which research showed that the vast majority of organisations do not have the leaders they need to tackle the problems they face. At the seminar we explored what organisations can do to understand what type of leadership they need and then how to develop and retain the necessary types of leaders.
