To produce a simple paper that helps large institutions create internal systems which support lasting culture change.
Working closely with the PWC team we explored their existing models for organisational transformation and identified how these could be adapted for supporting deeper and more lasting changes. This involved research with institutions who had undertaken transformative change processes and distilling lessons on the blocks and opportunities for lasting transformation. We then produced the report, The hidden talent: Ten ways to identify and retain transformational leaders, which is available for download here. We launched the paper at an event in September 2015 to significant press coverage, and produced an accompanying video.
