Jo is a manager, researcher and social media lead for Osca. She has supported on many of Osca’s recent projects including the Coaching for Health programme, Good Help, Year of Care, FE Future Leaders, and the Northern Rail franchise consultation. Jo has also contributed to many of the blogs and publications on the Osca website.
Jo completed her MA in International Relations at the University of Sheffield in 2017, achieving a Distinction. Her dissertation explored Japan-South Korea relations and the ‘comfort women’ issue. She acted as a Policy Analyst for the Global Policy Journal at the 2017 G7 in Taormina, and produced a policy brief focussing on Northeast Asian security. Jo formerly lived and worked in Seoul, South Korea as an English teacher. She completed her undergraduate degree in 2013 with a First in East Asian Studies.
